
Apple’s latest iPhone 17 series officially went on sale in India today, September 19. At Mumbai’s BKC Apple store, the rush of buyers led to a scuffle among some people, prompting security staff to step in.
Excited customers had been waiting overnight, and long queues were seen outside all four Apple stores across the country. The iPhone 17 lineup, unveiled at the company’s ‘Awe Dropping’ event on September 9, includes the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. New iPhone can also be ordered online The new iPhone series can be ordered from the company’s official website and Apple Store. It can also be purchased from e-commerce websites like Flipkart and Amazon. Thinnest iPhone priced at Rs 1.20 lakh The iPhone 17 series starts at ₹82,900, while the iPhone Air, Apple’s thinnest phone yet, is priced from ₹1.20 lakh.
Alongside, Apple introduced the new AirPods 3 Pro, featuring real-time translation, heart rate tracking, and what the company claims is the world’s best in-ear noise cancellation, priced at ₹25,900. In wearables, Apple launched the Watch SE 3, Watch Series 11, and Watch Ultra 3, starting at ₹25,900, ₹46,900, and ₹89,900 respectively.
