The tech giant is now offering up to $30,000 (₹27lakh) to security researchers and ethical hackers who can find serious bugs in its AI products like Search, Gemini, AI Studio, and Workspace. Google is inviting experts to uncover “high-impact abuse issues” before attackers can exploit them. Alongside the bug bounty program, Google introduced CodeMender, an AI tool that automatically finds and fixes security flaws in open-source software. So far, it has patched over 70 verified issues with human review, showing how AI can also be used to make technology safer.
